Nilagang Karne Ng Baboy (Boiled Pork with Vegetables) For Dinner

Fall is here. This is the time of the year when you start cooking foods with soup. Like Nilagang Karne ng Baboy or Boiled Pork with Vegetables. I love this Filipino dish. It is one of my favorite food back home. My family loves to eat with soup.

People in every region in the Philippines have different version of cooking nilaga. In fact, we can make it with beef. The vegetables I cook with these meat are potatoes, onions, and bok choi. If you do not like potatoes or bok choi, you can put cabbage instead, whatever your family prefers. Of course, you do not want to forget the iodized salt to taste. You can also put some black pepper seeds for additional spice. 'So easy. All you have to do is boil everything. I love to eat nilagang karne ng baboy with rice :)

Here is me in the kitchen with my stuff :) Then a bowl of boiled pork with vegetables.
